Rexel USA, Inc. seeks ACE Trainees to join the 12-month Accelerated Commercial Experience program, starting in June 2027, with rotations across Warehouse & Logistics, Sales, Operations, and Project Management. Locations include Houston, Dallas, San Antonio, Austin (TX), and Oklahoma City, Tulsa (OK).

The program emphasizes hands-on experience and leadership development. ACE Trainees work with Rexel leaders, gain exposure to customers and vendors, and may pursue opportunities in sales,

Qualifications

• High school education or GED required.
• 4-year bachelor's degree preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Distribution, Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete rotations to learn full cycle of warehouse & logistics operations, sales, and project coordination.
• Engage with Rexel leaders, contribute to real business priorities, and build cross-functional relationships.
• Participate in elective rotations tailored to interests, including product specialist rotations across Automation, Lighting, Gear, Datacom, or Services.
• Support coordination of bids, quotations, and supplier relationships during rotations.
