Job summary

Rexel USA—Platt team in Parkrose, OR—seeks ACE Trainee to participate in a 12‑month accelerated commercial experience program starting in June 2027. You will rotate through warehouse, logistics, sales, operations, and project management while gaining cross‑functional exposure and leadership skills.

You will work with Rexel leaders, tackle real business priorities, and build relationships across functions, with elective rotations to tailor your path toward sales, procurement, or operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Distribution, Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred.
• High School or GED required.
• GPA 3.0 upon graduation for external candidates; internship/co-op experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete rotations across Warehouse & Logistics, Sales, Operations, and Project Management.
• Develop relationships across functions and contribute to real business priorities.
• Learn to review bid packages and prepare project quotations.
• Elective rotations tailored based on interests and local opportunities.
