Job summary

Rexel USA in Tacoma, WA is seeking an ACE Trainee for a 12-month accelerated program. You will rotate across Warehouse & Logistics, Sales, Operations, and Project Management, working with senior leaders to gain broad exposure to the electrical distribution business.

The program offers hands-on experience, mentorship, and tailored electives to shape your early career. Candidates should have a High School/GED, with a preference for a Bachelor's degree and 0–1 year of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• High school or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Distribution, Supply Chain, Business or related field preferred.
• 0-1 year of experience in service, business, or sales-oriented role; internship/co-op experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete rotations across Warehouse & Logistics, Sales, Operations, and Project Management.
• Work with Rexel leaders to support real business priorities and build cross-functional relationships.
• Tailor elective rotations toward personal interests and career goals; participate in cohort experiences and trainings.
