Job summary

Rexel USA is seeking an ACE Trainee for the Sales & Operations Development Program, starting in June 2027 in the Greater Portland Area. The 12-month ACE program provides hands-on exposure to people, products, customers, and operations across the electrical distribution industry.

You will rotate through Warehouse & Logistics, Sales, Operations, and Project Management, with elective rotations later tailored to interests and local opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Distribution, Supply Chain, Business, or related degree preferred.
• 0-1 years of experience in a service, business, or sales-oriented role.
• Relevant internship/co-op experience preferred.
• Equivalent military or industry-related experience considered.
• For internal candidates: less than 12 months with Rexel and in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Complete rotations designed to build business knowledge and leadership skills.
• Contribute to real business priorities and cross-functional projects.
• Develop relationships across functions and with Rexel leaders.
