Job summary

Rexel USA is seeking a Sales & Operations Development Program Associate to join the ACE program in Denver, CO starting June 2027. The program offers 12 months of accelerated commercial exposure with rotations across warehouse, sales, operations and project management to build leadership and business skills.

ACE Trainees gain broad experience, mentorship, and potential opportunities in multiple areas of the organization upon completion.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Degree in Industrial Distribution, Supply Chain, Business or related field preferred
• GPA 3.0 may be required for internal/external candidates

Responsibilities

• Complete a series of rotations to build business knowledge across sales, operations, project management, procurement, marketing and leadership
• Work with Rexel leaders on real business priorities and develop cross-functional relationships
• Engage in elective rotations tailored to interests and local opportunities toward program end
• Participate in orientation, workshops, product training, and cohort experiences
