Rexel USA is launching a 12-month Sales & Operations Development ACE Trainee program in Indianapolis, IN or Chicago, IL. Trainees rotate through Warehouse & Logistics, Sales, Operations, and Project Management, gaining hands-on exposure to people, products, customers, and operations that power Rexel’s business.

Participants receive mentorship, structured training, and cross-functional projects guiding career paths in sales, operations, procurement, marketing, or leadership roles after completion.

Qualifications

• Ambitious, curious and collaborative self-starter with interest in how a business operates.
• Willing to relocate to expand opportunities within the business.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred; internship/co-op experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Complete rotations across Warehouse & Logistics, Sales, Operations, and Project Management.
• Collaborate with Rexel leaders to support real business priorities and build cross-functional relationships.
• Develop commercial, operational and leadership skills through mentoring and structured training.
