Rexel USA is seeking a Sales & Operations Development Program Associate to join the Platt team starting in June 2027 in Parkrose, OR. This 12‑month ACE Trainee program offers fast‑tracked exposure to customers, products, and operations across Rexel’s business.

You will rotate through Warehouse & Logistics, Sales, Operations, and Project Management, with elective rotations to tailor the experience. The program builds commercial, operational, and leadership skills and can lead to roles in

Qualifications

• High School or GED required; 0-1 year experience in a service, business or sales role preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; related field such as Industrial Distribution or Supply Chain favored.
• Internship/co-op experience is valued; relocation may be expected.

Responsibilities

• Complete rotations to build knowledge of sales, operations, and project management.
• Work with Rexel leaders to support real business priorities and cross‑functional projects.
• Develop relationships across functions and learn end‑to‑end supply chain basics.
• Tailor elective rotations to career goals and local opportunities.
