Job summary

Rexel USA is seeking an Ace Trainee to join across Houston, Dallas, San Antonio, OKC, and Tulsa. This accelerated program offers rotations in Warehouse/Logistics, Sales, Operations, Project Management, Energy Solutions, and Automation to fast-track a commercial career in the Electrical Distribution industry.

Participants gain hands-on experience, cross-functional exposure, and a pathway to roles in sales, project management, operations, procurement, and marketing after successful completion.

Qualifications

• Must be open to relocation, as it is required both to complete the program as well as to achieve career success
• External candidates: Minimum GPA of 3.0 upon degree completion; relevant internship/co-op experience preferred
• Internal candidates: 12 months of Rexel experience; positive year-end review with at least a Meets Expectations rating
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, or related degree preferred
• High School or GED - Required
• 4 Year / Bachelor’s Degree - Preferred

Responsibilities

• All rotations are a value-add to help us transform and grow our business and professionally develop you. Participants will complete various rotations in the following disciplines: Warehouse/Logistics, Sales, Operations, Project Management, Energy Solutions, Automation, and other duties as assigned.
• Gain hands-on project management experience by establishing and owning the relationship with the customer, sales, and vendors, placing orders, tracking shipments, billing the customer, and maintaining clear and timely communication throughout the project.
• Learn how to review bid packages and formulate project quotations
• Design lighting layouts and explore EV & datacom opportunities within Energy Solutions
• Shadow and prospect opportunities to sell automation services packages to customers
