Gemini, a leading designer and manufacturer in the food industry, seeks an on-site Sales Operations Coordinator in Willow Grove, PA to support CRM administration, data quality, and reporting for the sales team. The role collaborates with inside and outside sales to optimize processes and provide actionable insights.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in sales administration and CRM, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Must have 3 years of sales administration support.
• Must have 3 years of CRM experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary administrator for the CRM system, maintaining data quality across customers, contacts, accounts, opportunities, territory and sales activity.
• Support pipeline management and sales forecasting by ensuring opportunities are accurately maintained in CRM.
• Manage lead routing, tracking, and follow-up processes from multiple sources and ensure progress through the sales process.
• Serve as primary contact for incoming sales and operator calls, directing inquiries efficiently.
• Maintain sales files, forms, templates, and departmental documentation.
• Coordinate customer demonstrations and ensure logistics and materials are prepared.
• Create and maintain outside sales reference lists and resources.
• Organize and maintain sales literature, presentations, pricing documents, and marketing collateral.
• Assist with social media activities, including scheduling posts and coordinating content with sales and HR teams.
• Assist with company newsletters and customer email communications.
