Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (6 years) in Sales/Service in airline or airline catering preferred.
• Experience in sales and account management within global operations is a plus.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in data analysis, pricing, and performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain professional relationships with customer representatives and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate pricing, billing, procurement, and data teams to ensure data integrity and timely communication.
• Lead bid activities, analyze RFPs, and support pricing strategy with clear documentation.
• Support CPI rollout, contracts across regions, and SLA programs.
• Provide data-driven insights and KPI reporting to improve customer and financial performance.
