We seek a results-driven commercial professional to support account management, pricing, and sales operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 6 years equivalent work experience in Sales and Service in airline and/or airline catering experience preferred.
• At least two (2) years of experience in Sales, airline and/or airline catering preferred.
• Experience in a food related industry preferred.
• Experience working with customer account management and performance.
• A background in finance, revenue management and/or pricing is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains professional relationships with customer representatives, kitchen units, and internal stakeholders; participates in Ops Calls Canada, US & Int'l.
• Coordinates internal departments (pricing, billing, procurement, engineers, data group) to ensure data integrity and timely communication.
• Coordinates bid activities; completes tenders, evaluates inquiries, supports pricing strategy, tracks progress and presents RFPs to Director for review.
• With local finance, manages CPI implementation across regions and brands.
• Provides data support to Senior Commercial Manager for review calls with units and customers; supports Menu Presentations Canada & US.
• Maintains records and participates in performance management meetings; shares meeting notes with leaders.
• Supports development of early indicator tools for KPIs to improve operational performance and reduce penalties.
• Monitors unit performance and escalates issues to leaders to maintain high service standards.
• Performs ad hoc data analytics and creates profitability reports for the ZRH commercial team.
• Manages data on flight statistics to drive proactive and efficient catering planning.
