Job summary

gategroup in New York is seeking a proactive professional to support account management, sales, and service functions. You will collaborate with airline stakeholders and global operations to drive pricing, billing validation, and bid coordination.

The role emphasizes data-driven performance, cross-functional coordination, and ongoing oversight of operations to improve efficiency and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 6 years of equivalent Sales/Service experience in airline or catering preferred.
• At least two years of experience in Sales, airline and/or airline catering preferred.
• Experience with customer account management and performance; finance/pricing background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain professional relationships with customer representatives, the kitchen units, and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate pricing, billing, procurement, engineers and data groups to ensure data integrity and timely communication.
• Coordinate bid activities, complete tenders, support pricing strategy and bid analysis.
• Manage CPI contracts across regions and brands with local finance teams.
• Support Canada & US SLAs and cycle changes; data support for senior management.
• Maintain records and analytics to improve performance and reduce penalties.
• Act as the main point of contact for Customer Relationship Management.
