Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; five+ years of related experience preferred.
• Experience in a sales operations or similar role.
• Strong problem-solving and process-streamlining abilities.
• Ability to analyze data and present actionable insights.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist in administration of sales planning and variable pay management systems.
• Develop system functionality, plan builds, quota setting, and performance reporting.
• Manage system errors, efficiency, and disputes.
• Assist with variable pay system implementation and future development.
• Collaborate with HR Compensation to analyze incentive plans and modifications.
• Create and model plans for system development and documentation.
• Produce agile reports that can be repeated periodically.
