Job summary

WellSky is seeking a Sales Operations Business Partner to equip the sales organization with information, content, and tools for success. Based at our World Headquarters in Overland Park, KS, you will act as a trusted advisor to sales leadership on strategy and best practices.

You will collaborate with sales teams to refine programs, use Salesforce to streamline processes, and support accurate forecasting and pipeline growth through cross-functional initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience in sales operations or related field.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales leadership to develop and refine sales programs and track KPIs.
• Leverage Salesforce to recommend process changes that accelerate deal flow.
• Guide accurate forecast submissions and improve forecasting tools.
• Support pipeline generation programs and cross-functional initiatives.
• Assist in setting and communicating sales campaigns and bonuses.
