Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2-4 years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive education and communications strategy for major solution releases and enhancements.
• Lead cross-functional solution education efforts with a centralized repository and scalable processes.
• Collaborate with WellSky Training Center and professional services to enhance educational platforms.
• Translate technical release notes into clear, value-driven messaging and adoption plans.
• Maintain up-to-date training content addressing gaps after initial implementation.
• Establish and manage a feedback loop with live clients and internal stakeholders to drive improvements.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance decision-making and workflows.
