Responsibilities

• Validate and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Communicate with vendors and manufacturers regarding order requirements and status updates.
• Manage vendor quotations, negotiate payment terms, and follow up on order progress.
• Understand and follow established guidelines, workflows, and operational processes.
• Support multiple sales managers and manage multiple orders simultaneously.
• Monitor order status and proactively provide updates to customers.
• Serve as a point of contact for the department and collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Sales, and Engineering.
• Coordinate with the Logistics department to ensure timely product deliveries.
• Maintain and update sales records, customer information, and operational documentation.
• Prioritize tasks effectively and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
