Job summary

ByteBridge in Hayward, CA is seeking a Shipping & Receiving / Logistics team member to support daily operations, including receiving shipments, coordinating outgoing shipments, and maintaining accurate documentation.

This role is part-time (20–30 hours per week) to start, with potential to move to full-time based on needs and performance. On-site position with a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, shipping/receiving or warehouse management.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Proficient with shipping software and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication with vendors and team.
• Familiarity with NetSuite is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy in quantity and condition.
• Coordinate packaging, labeling, and shipping of outgoing goods for timely delivery.
• Track inventory levels, perform stock checks, and update records in the system.
• Communicate with vendors and carriers to confirm shipments and schedule pickups.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, receipts, and inventory transactions.
• Address shipment issues, delays, or damaged goods to minimize disruptions.
• Ensure processes follow safety and compliance guidelines.
