Job summary

Hirebridge LLC is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator in the United States to manage the full order flow from quote through production, serving as the primary inside contact for buying customers across product lines.

You will handle account management, data in the CRM, and cross-functional coordination with Sales, Operations, and Credit to ensure timely delivery and superior customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 1 year of customer service or sales experience in construction or manufacturing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to collaborate effectively at all levels.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office and CRM databases.

Responsibilities

• Account Management: Establish and maintain specific account relationships as the primary inside contact from quote to production.
• Resource Support: Serve as the information/resource hub, collaborating with operations and field personnel to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Order Processing: Facilitate customer requests for quotes and scope of work deliverables for all products in your territory.
• Order Management: Process orders, provide submittals/drawings, confirm down payments, and assist with receivables.
• Data Management: Maintain project records and data in the CRM system.
• Product Knowledge: Develop understanding of manufacturing processes and plant capabilities for products in your market.
• Issue Resolution: Resolve invoicing/pricing/issues, escalate as needed.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with Sales, Field Marketing, Manufacturing, Credit, and Operations.
