Samyang America, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Sales Analytics Specialist in Brea, CA to manage sales operations, analyze revenue and KPI performance, and coordinate cross-functional activities across Sales, SCM, Procurement, and Finance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales administration or sales operations.
• Strong understanding of Gross Profit and P&L structure.
• Bilingual in English and Korean.
• Experience in the food industry.
• Experience managing trade promotions and deductions; experience with key retail or distributor accounts.

Responsibilities

• Estimate monthly revenue based on PO receipts.
• Analyze revenue vs forecasts; align with sales team.
• Conduct rolling 3-month revenue forecasting and KPI tracking.
• Prepare HQ reports and respond to ad-hoc requests.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities with SCM, Procurement and Finance.
