Job summary
Samsung Electronics America seeks a detail-oriented Sales Operations Manager to lead data infrastructure, analytics, and sales planning for the SEA B2B Display Division. You will own the data ecosystem (data cube, Alteryx ETL, Tableau, and mapping tables) and drive bi-annual quota-setting for the sales org.

- 6+ years of experience in sales operations, data analytics, or a related role.
- Experience owning data infrastructure and reporting systems in a B2B sales environment.
- Demonstrated ability to build, document, and improve business and data processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into business insights.
Responsibilities
- Own and maintain the B2B Display sales data cube with reliable refreshes and accuracy.
- Develop and monitor Alteryx ETL workflows; address failures and data anomalies.
- Administer Tableau reporting environment; refresh dashboards and ensure governance.
- Maintain mapping tables for org and product data; surface insights for leadership.
- Support quarterly quota setting and data-driven forecasting for sales leadership.
