Job summary

Samsung Electronics America is seeking a Sr. Director of Strategy and Sales Operations to lead the operational backbone of the sales organization.

You will own data infrastructure, reporting, pricing strategy, sales enablement, and cross-functional project management. You will partner with sales leadership and key stakeholders to ensure the right tools and insights are in place to drive growth, inform decisions, and optimize sales performance.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in sales operations or strategy.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or related field.
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
• PMP or similar certification preferred.
• Business intelligence or data analytics certifications preferred.
• Deep knowledge of sales operations within a complex, matrixed organization.
• Strong understanding of data infrastructure and reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage reporting frameworks with accurate, timely insights on sales performance and forecasting.
• Oversee Salesforce and other sales systems to support the sales team.
• Develop pricing strategies and manage RFPs and contracts.
• Design and execute comprehensive sales enablement programs.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with finance, marketing, and product.
