Job summary

Red Bull Distribution Company seeks a General Sales Manager to oversee day-to-day branch operations and drive world-class retail execution. You will build a winning team, develop sales processes, and manage profitability while upholding RBNA standards and culture.

Lead a high-performing team, set distribution plans, and coordinate with cross-functional units to meet volume and profit objectives. Strong leadership, English proficiency, and P&L experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Ir: 8+ years of Direct Store Delivery (DSD) management with proven sales objectives
• Experience managing district/regional/national accounts
• Ability to motivate and build a successful sales team
• Strong leadership for mentoring and feedback
• Excellent verbal and written communication; capable of presentations
• Proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• P&L experience and understanding of IT/order systems
• English required; additional languages a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team to meet or exceed sales and distribution targets
• Develop branch distribution plans, routes, new item distribution, and volume forecasts
• Evaluate market conditions, competitive threats, and local dynamics impacting volume and profit
• Set KPI priorities and collaborate with cross-functional departments to achieve volume and profit goals
• Collaborate with RBNA Sales and DP teams to develop and execute programs
• Share best practices and build a diverse, values-driven team aligned with Red Bull standards
