Job summary

Red Bull Distribution Company is seeking a Merchandising Manager to lead a team of Merchandisers responsible for in-store execution, displays, and equipment. You will coach and develop staff while managing labor hours within budget.

Responsibilities include establishing weekly routes, training teams, and coordinating with retail partners to execute programming. Strong leadership and 3+ years in DSD preferred; valid US license required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of DSD management experience.
• Experience leading a sales/merchandising team.
• Valid US driver license and DOT medical card.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• English proficiency; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish merchandising routes for each employee to follow weekly.
• Coach and develop Merchandisers through meetings/workshops.
• Manage labor hours within the budget.
• Collaborate with retail partners to implement programming.
