Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and/or experience.
• 6–8 years relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of strategic programs to improve Sales Operations and customer experience.
• Collaborate with Sales teams and internal/external partners to resolve issues and ensure seamless operations.
• Manage sales, inventory, and other programs to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
• Provide advanced sales reporting, metrics, and dashboards for data-driven decisions.
• Analyze data to recommend actionable insights to Sales leadership.
• Ensure customer compliance programs are monitored and objectives met to reduce risk.
• Identify and implement process improvements within Sales Support.
• Provide accurate sales data and forecasts to support strategic decisions.
• Assist Sales teams in creating impactful proposals with data support.
• May act as Project lead or senior adviser to juniors.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds regularly.
