Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales teams and internal/external partners to resolve issues.
• Lead the development and management of sales, inventory, and other operational programs.
• Provide advanced sales reporting, metrics, and dashboards for data-driven decisions.
• Analyze data on sales, marketing, and merchandising to offer actionable insights.
• Monitor customer compliance programs to mitigate financial risks.
• Identify process improvements within Sales Support and streamline operations.
• Provide accurate sales data and forecasts to support strategic decisions.
• Support sales proposals with relevant data and content development.
