Job summary

Dal-Tile LLC in Indiana is seeking a Sales Center Manager- Operations to oversee store operations and personnel, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. You will lead customer relations, set goals for SSC staff, and drive revenue and margins.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to manage budgets and safety programs while developing associates across customer service, order management, purchasing, and warehouse duties.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or higher with 5+ years sales experience, OR a Bachelor's degree with 1+ years sales experience and 4 years prior selling experience.
• Minimum 2 years of previous management experience.
• Strong leadership and coaching capabilities are expected.

Responsibilities

• Achieves revenue, budget and other business objectives for each fiscal year.
• Develops business relationships with key customers within the store coverage area.
• Defines goals and objectives for SSC personnel and communicates them regularly.
• Provides leadership and direction to achieve store objectives and margins.
• Manages expenditures to conform to budgetary requirements.
• Forecasts sales and aligns with corporate goals and safety program.
