Dal-Tile Distribution, Inc. is seeking a Market Manager to lead its Field Sales team and stores across a geographic area.

You will drive revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and market share while meeting annual sales, margin targets, and operating income goals. The role involves developing sales forecasts, managing key accounts, analyzing local market trends, and coordinating with Sales Operations to achieve strategic targets.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent education and/or experience.
• 6-8 years relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience.
• 1-3 years of management experience.

Mansioni

• Participate in sales calls with the Field Sales team to supplement selling efforts.
• Collaborate with Sales Operations and Sales leadership to develop and manage sales forecasting and targets for the geography and field sales team members.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers within the geography and collaborate with Sales Representatives to address needs of key accounts.
• Conduct market analysis to understand local trends, competition, and customer behavior to adapt sales strategies.
• Conduct regular sales team meetings to review performance and communicate strategies.
• Serve as a point of contact for the Field Sales team to help resolve customer issues.
• Ensure CRM usage by Field Sales team to manage interactions and pipeline.
• Monitor sales team expenses to ensure adherence to budgets and policies.
• Achieve revenue, budget, and other business objectives for the assigned market.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to meet corporate goals in the market.
• Analyze sales reports showing volumes, EVA, and margins using analytics tools.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies including hiring, firing, performance management, and DOT compliance.
