Job summary

This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and proficiency in MS Office. The position emphasizes safety, training, and cross-functional coordination within the SSC team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years sales experience required, or Bachelor's degree with 1+ year sales experience.
• Minimum 2 years previous management experience.

Responsibilities

• Achieves revenue, budget and other business objectives for each fiscal year.
• Develops business relationships with key customers within the store coverage area.
• Defines goals and objectives for SSC personnel to measure performance.
• Provides leadership and direction to pursue store objectives with staff.
• Communicates with customers to maximize market penetration and margin potential.
• Develops and implements strategic plans to meet corporate goals.
• Advises customers on product selection, pricing and sales volume.
