Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking an experienced Sales Operations Manager to lead customer supply chain program orchestration across cross-functional teams, resolving issues and shaping operational strategy for inbound/outbound shipments.

You will act as the primary escalation point for client and internal stakeholders, design scalable processes, manage performance against KPIs and SLAs, and drive program growth while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Typically requires 5–7 years of related experience with a 4-year degree; or 3 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to balance sales, service center, finance and warehouse needs across customer programs.
• Experience with distribution, supply chain, and material planning for customer programs.
• Experience dealing with cross functional teams.
• Excellent customer service and escalation management.
• Willingness to travel ~15% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional supply chain program orchestration and RMA oversight.
• Serve as primary escalation point for client and operational issues.
• Design and implement customer-specific processes and service models.
• Develop and evaluate team members while monitoring KPIs and SLAs.
• Support RFQ activities and align strategies with requirements.
• Maintain regular client engagement to review performance and grow opportunities.
• Review finance and operations data and highlight risks and trends.
• Prepare operational data for QBRs and leadership reviews.
• Communicate client requirements to internal resources.
• Identify efficiency opportunities and drive improvements.
