Job summary

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in business or related field preferred.
• 2-5 years of Sales Operations or Account Management experience.
• Experience in Ad Tech and/or Digital Account Management is preferrable.
• Experience in the media and/or electronics industry is highly desirable.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team on client campaign tasks including IO/contract coordination.
• Manage client campaign bookings on the CRM (Salesforce) and other systems.
• Book and manage media inventory based on campaign needs.
• Work with sales and other teams to ensure KPIs are met.
• Collaborate with internal teams to fulfill client campaigns.
• Provide regular updates or revisions on campaigns.
• Monitor campaigns and provide detailed reports and insights.
• Address client inquiries promptly.
• Hold regular meetings to discuss progress and improve processes.
• Build and strengthen client relationships for long-term partnerships.
• Contribute to account management process documentation.
