Responsibilities

• Greet every member and family warmly at arrival and departure.
• Keep the facility clean, organized, and ready for customers.
• Oversee the first day swimmer process: wristbands, tours, lane walks, and follow up.
• Own daily enrollment goals — calling, texting, and following up on leads, and coaching the Front Desk to the same standard.
• Track lead pipeline, conversion rates, and enrollment trends — provide insights to GM.
• Coach Front Desk staff through side-by-side support and performance evaluations.
• Plan monthly community events and build local partnerships.
• Serve as Manager on Duty, ensuring full operation of the school.
