Job summary

Goldfish Swim School is hiring an Assistant General Manager - Sales to support daily operations, coach the Front Desk, and drive enrollment growth. You will warmly engage families by phone and in person, keep the school running smoothly, and lead by example in sales and customer service.

You will manage lead follow-up, track enrollment trends, and collaborate with the General Manager to achieve daily goals while maintaining the Goldfish standard across aquatics, front desk, and facilities.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with families on phone and in person.
• Sales experience in a service environment.
• Strong organizational skills and reliability.
• Lifeguard certification required by Goldfish Swim School if not already.
• Evening and weekend availability required.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and families warmly at arrival and departure.
• Keep the facility clean and ready for customers.
• Oversee the first day swimmer process: wristbands, tours, and follow up.
• Pursue enrollment goals via calls, texts, and lead follow-up; coach Front Desk.
• Track lead pipeline, conversion rates, and enrollment trends; provide insights to the GM.
