Qualifications

• 1–2 years in customer service, sales, or team support.
• Lifeguard Certification required or to be obtained through Goldfish Swim School.
• Evening and weekend availability.

Responsabilités

• Greet members and families, creating a welcoming presence on arrival and departure.
• Coach Front Desk team to excel in sales and customer service.
• Oversee enrollment processes, leads, and daily goals.
• Track lead pipeline, conversions, and enrollment trends with actionable insights.
• Plan monthly community events and build local partnerships.
• Serve as Manager on Duty to oversee all school operations.
