Job summary

L.A.B. Golf is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to serve as the operational backbone of the Sales organization in Creswell, Oregon. You will build and manage processes, systems, data, reporting, and order book management to scale the commercial team efficiently.

You’ll lead Sales Support, drive CRM and ERP adoption, design scalable workflows, dashboards, and governance across accounts, channels, and product lines, ensuring accuracy and timely insights for leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations
• Experience with CRM/ERP systems and data governance
• Proven ability to design scalable processes
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and leadership
• Experience with B2B wholesale or multi-channel sales preferred

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales leadership to translate priorities into processes and cadences
• Establish sales operating standards and reporting across accounts and channels
• Own governance for master data, territories, price lists, and terms
• Develop SOPs and training; automate where possible
• Produce dashboards and perform performance reviews
