Job summary

You will partner with field sales, account management, Finance, Marketing, and HR to strengthen forecasting, reporting, CRM governance, and incentive compensation administration. The role focuses on translating data into actionable insights and establishing tools and processes for informed decision-making and consistent execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• 3+ years in sales operations, commercial operations, or related field.
• 1+ year of direct people leadership experience.
• Experience forecasting, pipeline analytics, CRM administration, territory management, or reporting.
• Advanced Excel and CRM/reporting tools experience.
• CRM implementation experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate business strategy into scalable sales plans and priorities.
• Lead forecasting activities, pipeline reviews, and leadership reporting.
• Develop dashboards and reports for revenue, pipeline, and activity.
• Administer CRM platforms, workflows, and data governance.
• Support territory design, account segmentation, and quota analysis.
• Coordinate incentive compensation and cross-functional projects.
