Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Sales Administrator to support the Sales teams across daily operations and event coordination at our Washington communities. The role handles scheduling, reception, mail, and marketing material distribution to ensure smooth sales workflows and exceptional customer service.

You will partner with New Home Consultants and vendors, manage trade shows, assist with print requests, and help prepare materials for Welcome Home Centers while maintaining a professional office

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree in marketing or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years in an administrative role, ideally in sales or homebuilding.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Photoshop/Illustrator a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all administrative tasks, including scheduling and meetings for the department.
• Manage receptionist duties and professional reception area.
• Coordinate and support community events, grand openings, and trade shows.
• Assist with print requests and marketing material distribution for Welcome Home Centers.
• Handle daily mail and coordinate with external vendors to meet deadlines.
• Set up appointments for New Home Consultants and support sales events.
