Job summary

Lennar in Seattle is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the Marketing Manager in developing and implementing strategies and collateral for communities and homes.

You will assist with renderings, floorplans, brochures, and online content, while coordinating vendor relationships, events, and internal communications to ensure timely, high-quality marketing outputs. This role requires strong organization, reliability, and the ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• 1 year marketing experience preferred.
• 1 year homebuilding industry experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Marketing Manager with the development and implementation of marketing strategies and collateral.
• Facilitate creation of renderings, floorplans and brochures.
• Coordinate online content including Lennar.com.
• Coordinate events and realtor/vendor events; manage vendor relationships.
• Provide support to sales team by ordering marketing collateral as needed.
• Track and evaluate marketing activities and outcomes.
