You will support local community execution, New Home Consultants, and division marketing initiatives, ensuring timely, brand-aligned marketing at the community level.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred; strong organizational skills.
• 0–2 years of experience in marketing coordination or related field.
• Proven work experience as a Marketing Coordinator and ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary marketing resource for Sales leaders and NHCs in the field.
• Fulfill requests for flyers and collateral to support sales activity.
• Support Quick Move-In (QMI) homes with signage and MLS listing monitoring.
• Coordinate signage inventory and vendor updates.
• Plan on-site logistics for local marketing events and campaigns.
