Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Sales Contract Coordinator to support the division and customers in procuring the sale and preparing it for close. The role emphasizes accuracy, reporting, and cross-team collaboration to keep schedules and costs on track.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in an admin role, with homebuilding experience and JD Edwards/Office proficiency. This on-site position includes standard business hours and equal opportunity employment practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in administrative role.
• Homebuilding or construction industry preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Accounting background a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review, check and prepare sales contracts for approval.
• Ensure contracts get entered into appropriate reporting and accounting systems.
• Ensure daily, weekly and monthly sales activities are kept up to date and reported on time – sales, cancellations, traffic, etc.
• Provide timely information to the purchasing, construction and sales teams.
• Other activities as assigned related to sales contract processing.
