Job summary

Lennar Associates Mgmt LLC, a regional arm of Lennar, seeks a Regional Marketing Field Coordinator to drive on-site marketing within communities and collaborates with Sales leaders, NHCs, and regional teams to ensure timely, brand-aligned execution.

You will manage signage, photography, color updates, and event logistics, supporting national campaigns locally while building partnerships across internal teams. This role requires travel weekly within the division.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proven work experience as a Marketing Coordinator.
• Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary marketing resource for Sales leaders and NHCs in the field.
• Fulfill NHC requests for flyers and collateral to support sales activity with regional teams.
• Plan and execute on-site logistics for local marketing events including grand openings and broker events.
• Oversee community launch execution and SGT install/removal with regional teams.
• Support regional content teams with photography requests for homes and lifestyle shoots.
• Act as liaison between sales, operations, and marketing to ensure flawless execution.
