Carowinds is seeking a detail-oriented assistant to support group sales operations from contract through billing. You will help process orders, manage post-contract activities, and ensure accurate ticketing and fulfillment across events.

You will collaborate with the Sales Support Area Manager and event teams to deliver top-tier client service and maintain precise financial records, partnering with accounts receivable/payable as needed.

Formación

• Experience with Salesforce CRM and related software.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Customer service experience via phone and email.
• Ability to pass a drug test and background check if 18 or older.

Responsabilidades

• Manage sales contracts, ensuring timely execution, signatures, compliance, and storage.
• Accurately process sales and event initial orders and manage updates; include ticketing entry and fulfillment.
• Partner with event teams for successful event execution handoff.
• Collaborate with Accounts Receivable/Payable to manage billing and collections; maintain records.
• Coordinate with leadership on product setup, pricing adjustments, and compliance.
