Job summary

Carowinds in North Carolina seeks a detail-oriented Sales Operations Support to manage contracts, process orders, and assist billing. You will work with the Sales Support Area Manager and Event Execution Supervisor to ensure smooth client service.

Responsibilities include contract execution, post-contract activities, order entry in ticketing systems, collaboration with event teams, and coordination with Accounts Receivable/Payable to keep billing accurate.

Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong problem-solving, time management, and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales contracts, ensuring timely execution, signatures, compliance, and storage.
• Accurately process sales and event orders and manage updates, including ticketing, affiliate/eTicket distribution, and returns.
• Partner with event teams for successful event execution handoff.
• Collaborate with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable to verify billing and maintain financial records.
• Coordinate with leadership on product setup, pricing adjustments, and ensure compliance with Internal Audit standards.
