Job summary

Sunrise Cooperative Inc. seeks a detail-oriented coordinator to support the Sales and Operations teams. You will help manage customer data, contracts, and sales records, generate reports, and assist with forecasting and performance monitoring.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, schedule meetings and regional events, and use AI-enabled tools to improve communication and alignment. This role is on-site at Sunrise locations and may require travel.

Qualifications

• Support sales teams, management, and operational staff to ensure customer owner success.
• Maintain customer, contract, and sales data to support decision-making and business growth.
• Generate reports and track key sales metrics to assist forecasting and performance monitoring.
• Assist with customer record management, contract administration, and related documentation while maintaining data accuracy and compliance.
• Develop, analyze, and maintain spreadsheets and databases to improve data visibility for the sales and operations team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and assist with scheduling, planning, and facilitating meetings, training, and regional events.
• Communicate meeting content, utilizing AI for efficiency, for alignment and accountability.
• Support the Sunrise Sales Process with the primary goal of customer satisfaction & sales growth.
• Streamline communication and processes from leadership to ensure teamwork amongst sales and operations in all divisions.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, vendors, and the Sunrise team.
• All other duties as assigned by management.
