Sunrise Cooperative, Inc. is seeking an administrative-support professional to assist the Sales and Operations Coordinator and Regional Sales and Operations Managers.

The role focuses on collaboration between sales and operations to deliver solutions for customer owners while upholding profitability and Sunrise’s cultural values. Responsibilities include data management, reporting, meeting coordination, and process improvement to support sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel (Pivot Tables & Queries), PowerPoint, Outlook, and CoPilot skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for sales teams, management, and operational staff to ensure customer owner success.
• Assist with maintaining customer, contract, and sales data to support decision-making and business growth.
• Generate reports and track key sales metrics to aid forecasting and performance monitoring.
• Assist with customer record management, contract administration, and related documentation while maintaining data accuracy and compliance.
• Develop, analyze, and maintain spreadsheets and databases to improve data visibility for the sales and operations team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and assist with scheduling, planning, and facilitating meetings, training, and regional events.
• Communicate meeting content, utilizing AI for efficiency, for alignment and accountability.
• Support the Sunrise Sales Process with the primary goal of customer satisfaction & sales growth.
• Assist the Sales and Operations Coordinator to streamline communication and processes from leadership to ensure teamwork amongst sales and operations in all divisions.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, vendors, and the Sunrise team.
• All other duties as assigned by management.
