Upstate Niagara Cooperative, a dairy cooperative owned by 200+ local farms, is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist I to support the sales team, portals, forecasts, and pricing. This role is in-office, partnering across departments to ensure accurate reporting and smooth operations for customer accounts.

You will manage weekly/monthly/quarterly reports, assist in bid processes, monitor orders and production status, and drive inventory and pricing coordination with cross-functional teams.

Formación

• College degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Strong data analysis and MS Excel skills.
• Experience with SAP and Power BI preferred.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and manage on-time reporting (weekly, monthly, quarterly).
• Support bid management and RFQ/RFI processes.
• Track customer orders, complaints, and production status.
• Collaborate with Customer Relations to manage inventory issues.
• Assist with pricing requests and product releases.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to meet sales objectives.
