Job description

Responsibilities

• Input, updates, and maintains sales orders, invoices, customer records and bill-back data within the Company database
• Maintains high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and building rapport
• Answers customer questions about product features, product benefits, and procedures
• Supports Division trade shows event production and execution
• Reports any inventory or service issues to appropriate account manager immediately
• Collaborates with the sales staff to monitor active purchase orders and ensure that orders are completed on time
• Assists salespersons with collection of payment in a timely manner
• Updates and prepares all monthly sales materials/reports as defined by the Division
• Scrubs department meetings and distributes meeting minutes to the team
