Job summary

TREEIQ/NPS Tree Experts is seeking a highly organized Sales Team Assistant to support the administrative and operational needs of the sales department. The role focuses on back-office tasks to ensure accurate opportunities, customer information, job scopes, and invoicing throughout the sales process.

Ideal candidates are dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable with data and business software. Occasional travel to customer properties may be required, with travel expenses covered and per diem

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify discrepancies in data, documentation, and billing.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, CRM platforms, databases, and other business software.

Responsibilities

• Data Review and Auditing: review records for accuracy and completeness and audit information before submission.
• Scope Selection and Sales Support: assist with reviewing property data and selecting work scopes and preparing materials.
• Invoicing and Administrative Support: prepare invoices and resolve billing discrepancies.
• CRM Management and Data Hygiene: maintain CRM records and ensure data is current and correctly categorized.
• Lead and Contact Management: research and enter new prospects and organize leads by market and territory.
• Occasional Site Visits: travel to customer properties to assist with reviews and data collection.
