Job summary

Rackley Roofing Company, Inc. is seeking a Service Coordinator in Knoxville, TN to keep our service operations moving. You will schedule service calls, coordinate field crews, and maintain customer records while assisting with invoicing and reporting.

This is an on-site role requiring strong organization and communication with customers and team members. You’ll work closely with service leaders, technicians, and customers to ensure timely updates and smooth operations across East Tennessee.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or higher required or preferred.
• 2+ years in office management or administration.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Experience with a CRM system is beneficial.
• Strong written and verbal communication in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate commercial roofing service calls.
• Organize field crew schedules and service priorities.
• Communicate schedule changes to staff and customers.
• Maintain accurate customer and service documentation.
• Enter information accurately into company systems.
• Keep records organized and accessible.
• Assist leadership with reports and projects.
• Ensure tasks and deadlines are followed to completion.
• Provide professional customer communication by phone and email.
• Welcome and assist customers, vendors, and visitors.
