Job summary

WestRock is seeking a Sales Support Analyst to back the Tennessee River Area. You will act as a Salesforce superuser, support onboarding of new customers, and handle administrative tasks for existing accounts.

You will liaise with Sales, Operations, Pricing, Customer Service, Design and Finance to understand and sell capacity, innovations, and value-added services that drive profitable growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years business-to-business (B2B) sales experience (Manufacturing/service industry preferred).
• 5+ years of related experience in Customer Service and/or Customer Support functions.
• Ability to drive results influencing others within different functions.
• Ability to engage successfully with internal & external stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.
• Demonstrated sales competence and financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Drive commercial excellence for the area focusing on volume growth, margin enhancement and profitability.
• Support and optimize the efforts of the Sales Team to drive new business.
• Assist in onboarding new business opportunities to integrate them into the Tennessee River Area and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Support the sales team with establishing credit, approved terms, warehouse agreements, contract forms, aged inventory, and market pricing changes.
• Assist with pipeline accuracy, customer presentations, sustainability requests, and other administrative tasks.
• Develop working relationships with multiple facilities to create revenue opportunities across enterprise capabilities.
