Job summary

Capture Accessories is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the Sales Director in managing the day-to-day operations of our retail accounts in New York City.

You will be the essential link between our sales relationships and backend fulfillment processes—assisting with buyer meeting prep, sample fulfillment, order processing, CRM administration, and shipment tracking to keep every open order moving smoothly.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in sales support or account coordination.
• CRM systems experience; AMT a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Sales Director on day-to-day management of retail accounts.
• Attend buyer meetings to prepare and distribute detailed recaps with decisions and next steps.
• Monitor and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate buyer sample requests from sourcing to shipping and maintain status logs.
